Skype for iOS Remastered
The Skype for iOS Remastered campaign promoted the Skype the redesigned Skype for iOS—with improved user experience featuring Microsoft's modern UI design language and improved back-end. It brings updated UI and new functionality, including an improved chat experience with photo sharing. As the Lead UX Designer in the internal Skype Marketing Web Team, I provided guidance on user-centric design and direction on how to use the internal platform Oasis. Worked with the internal design lead to utilize the accumulated assets and achieve the needs and goals based on the marketing strategy. The website was media rich - with modules containing parallaxed panels and images, videos, and a Skype activiation. The goals are to increase engagement of Skype iPhone users by showing off the new experience as well as familiarizing them with the most common tasks in using the app.
